What better way to wind down from the holiday season than to partake of the post-holiday discounts. And WorldPerks members can take advantage of the savings bonanza without the requisite trip to the local mall.

Through April 30, Northwest is offering mileage discounts on all award tickets booked online at www.nwa.com. Members who book either Trans-Atlantic or Trans-Pacific award tickets will enjoy a reduction of 3,000 miles. And those who book an award ticket to any other region will see the cost of the award reduced by 1,500 miles. For example, a coach-class ticket within North America that would normally cost 20,000 miles will only cost 18,500 miles during the promotion.

These discounts are applied at the time the reservation is booked and are displayed onscreen during the booking process. Unfortunately, the discounts are not combinable with other online booking discounts, such as the first-time booking bonus.
