Virgin Australia Velocity members can earn a 10 percent bonus for transferring credit card reward points to Velocity points through May 31, 2014, and redeem Velocity points at 10 percent off normal redemption rates for domestic and international award travel on Virgin Australia.

Velocity members can transfer credit card reward points from select financial partners, including American Express, ANZ, Citibank, Diners Club, Suncorp, CardServices and the Commonwealth Bank and earn 10 percent bonus Velocity points through May 31, 2014.

Virgin Australia domestic and international award travel is also 10 percent off when booked by May 31, 2014 for travel through June 30, 2014. For example, during the promotion, a one-way flight from Sydney to Los Angeles is reduced from the normal rate of 47,000 points to 42,300 points.
