Virgin America Elevate members might notice a bit of a “freshen up” of the Virgin America Web site. There’s a large area of the home page featuring rotating graphics of Virgin America’s current deals and an express check-in feature has been added.
Bottom line: Feedback from members has been mostly positive, but many are wondering why Virgin America does not have an iPhone app and the comments on Facebook about the updated Web site brought out some frustration from Elevate members, such as this comment by Andy Smith who wrote, “Elevate needs to treat their frequent flyers a little bit better. There needs to be ‘levels’ and you need to be able to use your points for upgrades, etc…”
