BWIA has launched an Automated Voice Service as an enhancement to its frequent flyer program, Bwee Miles. This service allows customers to access information on their mileage statements 24 hours a day, seven days a week via regular phone access.

BWIA customers can now call (800) 538-2942 at any time and access their account balance and recent transactions by entering their frequent flyer account number and PIN.

BWIA also offers members full access by way of its Web site ( http://www.bwee.com ).
