As part of an aggressive new marketing effort, the loyalty program of Red Roof Inns — RediCard — has launched a new, members-only Web site that allows members access to real-time stay tracking, management of award options and special member communications.
“The goal of the new site is twofold,” says Carol Kirby, chief marketing officer for Accor North America. “To enhance the service experience for loyal Red Roof Inn guests and be environmentally responsible by reducing the number of printed statements by encouraging members to elect to review their stay and reward information online.”
