Delta has opened the Delta Arrivals Lounge in London Heathrow’s Terminal 3. SkyMiles Diamond and Platinum Medallion members arriving from the U.S. have complimentary access to the lounge.

Bottom line: The lounge features what Delta says are “11 private showers”–good thing the showers are private! On-site butler services include clothes press and shoe shine and visitors can enjoy a breakfast.
