Airlines Announce “Enhancements” Effective Immediately

“While many new fees have been added to make your flying experience more comfortable, we would like to point out that some of our fees have been reduced and at least one fee has been eliminated altogether,” an airline official, quoted recently in a story on exceeding passenger expectations.
