American AAdvantage members can now search for and book awards online with six AAdvantage airline partners. The airline recently added oneworld carriers airberlin (including NIKI) and Finnair to its award booking engine, joining Alaska Airlines, British Airways, Hawaiian Airlines and Qantas that were added earlier this year.

American partners with 20 airlines, which means awards on the majority of partners can only be booked by calling reservations and paying the $25 fee, but the airline is gradually adding more partners to aa.com. Finnair flies between New York and Helsinki and airberlin flies between New York, Chicago, Los Angeles or Miami and Berlin as well as between New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami, Fort Myers or Las Vegas and Dusseldorf.
