Members of Lufthansa Miles & More can take advantage of an automatic check-in service for 400 or so intra-European routes.

Customers are automatically checked in 23 hours prior to their departure and will receive an electronic boarding pass with their reserved seat number sent to an email address or Internet-based mobile phone. You must select the option on your Miles & More personal profile. Seat assignments can be changed online via a mobile phone or at a check-in kiosk at the airport.
