JetBlue says its website is, “Revamped”. Redesigned. And real smart.” And at first glance, it certainly has a refreshed look. Most of the updates are not related to the frequent flyer program but can still be useful such as customized fare deals based on where you fly the most, real-time updates for your flights from the home page, a way to share your travel plans with people you choose and a “Pick Me Up” feature that lets you send your itinerary along with directions to the arrival airport. A click on the TrueBlue tab brings you to the loyalty program pages that include everything you need to know about the JetBlue TrueBlue program and once logged in, members can view their travel information about upcoming flights without any clicks. JetBlue has also launched an iPhone app that can be used for bookings, flight check-in and status plus more, such as geo-location and push notifications for real-time travel information. Members can also send virtual postcards, share itineraries, check snack and beverage options and access movie previews and in-flight DIRECTV schedules.
