Members of Delta SkyMiles will notice a refreshed look to their emailed monthly SkyMiles statement, which features a cleaner look and graphics to help you track your progress to the next status level. Special offers will be included and most importantly, the statement will only be sent if you have recent activity with Delta. You can view your balance and activity anytime through the Delta mobile app (http://insideflyerus.wpengine.com/link/?5255) or online at delta.com. Delta also wants to know if there is anything specific you would like to see appear in The Insider, they “would love to hear your thoughts and ideas!”
Bottom line: Delta miles do not expire, so you won’t have to worry about being forewarned of expiring miles through email, and we applaud Delta’s statement that, “to make sure we don’t clog your inbox, you’ll only receive the monthly statement if you have recent activity …”
