US Airways customers can now change their flight reservations online anytime, even if you’re in the middle of your trip or you booked your original itinerary via a third party Web site or travel agent. You can search for new flights and the search engine will display how much it will cost to change your trip. This option only applies to paid flights. Dividend Miles members on award flights will still need to call to make changes.

The program has also launched a new Dividend Miles Shopping Mall and toolbar that you can download and earn miles for conducting searches using its search function. Members can earn one mile for every three valid searches as an ongoing bonus offer. The Dividend Miles Search is powered by Yahoo! and the toolbar is compatible with Internet Explorer (6.0+) and Firefox (2.0+). After installing the toolbar, you will need to log in with your Dividend Miles number to begin earning miles.
