Southwest Airlines has added functionality to its mobile site for mobile device users (iPod, Blackberry). Previously, the application allowed users to check in for their Southwest flight, cancel a reservation, contact Southwest and view the terms and conditions and privacy policy.
Now, you can book a flight, check flight status, log in to your Rapid Rewards account, view schedules and link to the southwest.com home page. If you have a question, you can access the “Contact Southwest” option 24 hours a day with automated flight information, baggage questions, customer relations, Rapid Rewards customer service and more.
