You might have noticed our recent reports about airlines allowing customers to buy tickets through PayPal. So far, AirTran Airways, Northwest, Southwest, Midwest and US Airways have signed up, and a PayPal blog reports that more airlines are on the way. The blog, by Tyler Hoffman, PayPal merchant services, also points out that the response to the payment option was immediate, “And when I say immediate, I mean it! Southwest Airlines saw a ticket purchase in the very first minute that PayPal appeared on its site.”

Until the end of the year, Midwest Miles members who book their travel at http://www.midwestairlines.com and pay via PayPal will earn 500 miles per flight.
