Northwest WorldPerks members who visit the Web site will be greeted by a new look and additional features. A new Partner Center page displays information and links to a featured partner of the month (for October it was WorldPerks Visa), The WorldPerks Mall, Standard Offers and Bonus Miles. The user-friendly interface provides a good way to navigate through your earning potential. The draw-back is that members might have difficulty actually finding the new page. You won’t find a link from the WorldPerks homepage and, at time of press, the only way to get to the new page was through a link under “WorldPerks News” announcing the new look. The Member’s Guide section of the site has also undergone some changes. You can elect to download the membership guide in English, Spanish or French, or use the links to find the information you need. Although the new interface is welcomed, it is obvious that the membership guide wasn’t edited for the Web (the online content mentions “Check the award chart on page 13”).

Northwest has some work yet to do on the site, but we give them credit for making an effort. We’re hoping that over time it will become a good tool for WorldPerks members.
