MAXjet Airways plans to launch a new frequent flyer program called Customer Appreciation Program (CAP). The low-fare business-class airline recently began transatlantic service between New York, Washington and London.
MAXjet was formed in 2003 but only starting flying in November 2005. The airline said it plans to launch the program in early 2006. MAXjet says that CAP will be simple and customer friendly; members who have earned enough in the program can obtain free flights with no blackout dates or other limitations.
Families and small businesses have the option of registering up to five names with one CAP account number to make the most of combined flights and award travel.
Once the program launches, rewards will be given retroactively to members who began flying last November.
