Points International (the folks who run Points.com) have penned an agreement with Hudson’s Bay Company — Canada’s oldest corporation — that will allow members of frequent travel programs to swap currencies with the HBC Rewards program.
In addition to joining Points.com, HBC utilizes Points.com business solutions technology to facilitate the sale of loyalty program currencies to corporate customers.
HBC Rewards claims 8.5 million members, who have a fairly wide variety of options for redeeming points, including instant redemption for HBC gift cards or items from the HBC Rewards catalogue.
