Rewards Network and Upromise, an online college savings plan, have co-launched a new product — “Upromise Hotels by Rewards Network.” Through the program, members can now earn from three to eight percent of their total room rate when they stay at one of over 6,900 participating hotel locations nationwide.

Members must have at least one credit card registered with Upromise and search for a hotel room through Upromise.com. Members select a hotel and book a reservation directly through Upromise.com or by calling (888) 434-9111. They then earn college savings as long as they reserve and pay for the hotel room with a registered credit card.

This new service marks an expansion of the current relationship between Upromise and Rewards Network Inc. (formerly known as iDine Rewards Network), which allows members to receive up to 10 percent of their dining expenditure as college savings at more than 9,000 restaurants nationwide participating in the Upromise Dining program.
