Mileage junkies have a new opportunity to receive while giving this holiday season. Beginning in November, visitors to united.com/shopping will find the “Mileage Plus Mall,” with links to mileage-earning online retailers. Once registered and logged in, mall customers will earn up to three miles for every dollar spent.

Veteran surfers will note that even before this promotion, miles were available on the site with the Gap, FTD, Banana Republic, Neiman Marcus, oldnavy.com, Office Max and Safeway. The major difference is that now over 25 retailers are available, and, if your first purchase is before Dec. 30, you’ll earn 100 bonus miles as well.
