MSC Cruises has partnered with LEGO to offer families the ultimate LEGO Experience at sea including LEGO designed playrooms, LEGO themed competitions and a meet and greet with Sailor Walkabout, the LEGO sailor mascot. The LEGO group recently redesigned play areas on the MSC Armonia, including a LEGO brick vertical play wall for children 7 to 11 years old. The MSC Armonia recently began sailing a 10-night itinerary departing from Genoa. The LEGO features will be available free of charge to guests and will be replicated on two new ships scheduled to be delivered in 2017. Other enhancements for families being introduced to ships in the MSC fleet include separate clubs and facilities for five age groups: Baby (under three); Mini (three to six); Junior (7 to 11); Young (12-14) and Teen (15-17); and a new partnership with Chicco to provide families with baby gear and a dedicated family guide on board.
