We know all about miles and points, and although we do not claim to be an authority on football, we thought we’d share a rewards program that doesn’t pertain to airlines, hotels or car rentals. The New York Jets football team has rolled out a rewards program called Jets Rewards for their most loyal fans. You can earn points for activities you already do, like attending home games at MetLife Stadium and offseason events.

The Jets Rewards program is offered to Season Ticket Holders, PSL Holders and Club Seat Holders. Points can be redeemed for VIP experiences, signed merchandise and even a chance to fly on the team airplane to attend an away game.

Jets Rewards (say that three times fast) members can earn points by getting to MetLife Stadium at least 15 minutes before kickoff, watching a Jets game on TV or listening to the radio for team content. You can earn accumulative bonus points when attending home games, up to 16,000 bonus points for 10 games. Plus, for those true steadfast “green” season ticket holders, you can earn more bonus points based on how long you’ve held season tickets. You’ll get 1,000 bonus points just for signing up for the program along with several other ways to earn points.
