Hyatt has launched a loyalty program that recognizes frequent guests who stay at Hyatt House hotels. Guests who stay 30 nights or more at Hyatt House will receive Very Important Resident status (VIR) which offers personalized service, a VIR hotel tour and key card, a welcome amenity of their choice and one complimentary washer and dryer cycle. VIR guests who give a list of groceries to the hotel will find their items in their refrigerator or kitchen upon arrival at the hotel and they will also receive a $10 food and beverage credit redeemable at the H Bar or the Guest Market. Hyatt House also introduced a made-to-order Omelet Bar, vegetarian and gluten-free items as new complimentary breakfast choices for all guests and the option to borrow additional items, such as blenders, board games and phone chargers.
