Hyatt has plans to add hotels in Mexico over the next few years in both city and beach locations — so watch as these new award stay opportunities open. A new Park Hyatt Mexico City-Reforma is scheduled to open in 2009. After Hyatt’s absence from Mexico City for over 20 years, the 150-room hotel will open in the new multi-purpose Capital Reforma development which includes offices, shops and high-end residences. The architecturally modern hotel will have two restaurants, a lounge and bar, in addition to banquet and meeting space, two-floor spa and heliport access. Hyatt International currently operates five hotels in Acapulco, Cancun, Merida and Villahermosa.
