The first Star Alliance lounge, a 6,900 square foot showpiece that is to serve as a prototype for future Star lounges, is now open for business in Zurich, Switzerland. Star Alliance lounges in Brussels, Buenos Aires, Manila and Terminal Four at Los Angeles International Airport are also slated to open in the very near future.

The Zurich lounge is open to Star Alliance Gold members and Star Alliance first- and business-class passengers.
