Qualiflyer members can rest assured their miles will be safe when the merger between Swissair and Crossair is completed. The newly merged airline will be called Swiss DAT and will remain part of Qualiflyer along with Belgian Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines, Portugalia Airlines, TAP Air Portugal and Volare.

Existing and future miles earned will be honored but other arrangements among the Qualiflyer partners, such as codeshares, flight coordination, centralized passenger management and lounge cooperation will be terminated.
