Continental Airlines is working toward offering more Spanish-language services for their customers. Recently, the airline expanded its functions on its Web site to allow customers to check-in for flights in Spanish. Customers can access the Spanish-language features at http://www.continental.com by clicking the “Espanol” button, where they also can enroll in OnePass, access a timetable, flight and gate information, provide customer feedback and order gift certificates. Passengers can also access information in Spanish about Presidents Clubs, in-flight amenities, airports and Continental history, policies and procedures.
