Welcome to WorldPerks University, a series of online courses and quizzes designed to make a better-informed member out of you. Check it out at http://www.nwa.com/worldperks/university . Short courses are presented online, each followed by a quick and easy quiz. Complete the quiz, and you’ll earn 100 bonus miles.

At present, there are only two courses offered: “Introduction to WorldPerks,” and “My WorldPerks Number.” However, the site promises more in the future.

And while 100 miles a pop may not sound like much, it’s certainly more valuable than, say, a philosophy degree.
