Virgin Atlantic’s launch of its “Bonus Miles” campaign is proving to be a great deal for flying club members. Through Jan. 1, 2003, flying club members can earn 5,000 bonus miles for each sector flown in Upper Class and 3,000 bonus miles for each sector flown in Premium Economy. Once flying club gold members accumulate 15,000 miles, they can choose from one of four great rewards. When flying club silver members reach 15,000 miles, they can redeem their miles for one of the four rewards. Members of flying club red will be elevated to flying club silver status once they reach 15,000 miles, allowing them to redeem their miles for rewards.

The rewards from which members can choose include a one-year Executive Gold Club membership (UK and Ireland), a flotation experience at Nirvana Spa or a one night stay at a London Hilton hotel or the Lowndes Hotel, Belgravia.
