Air France/KLM is rolling out a service line exclusively for Flying Blue Platinum members designed to allow members direct access to a highly trained team who can answer members’ questions about flight reservations, check-in benefits, preferred seating, Flying Blue privileges and other customer support.

The new Platinum Service Line is being introduced in stages worldwide and is currently available in Austria, China, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Germany, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Taiwan.
