e-Miles Turns One

e-Miles Turns One

Since its launch one year ago, e-Miles members have earned over 350 million miles — enough miles for 14,000 roundtrip domestic award tickets. And the program that gives members miles for reading and responding to advertising and marketing messages is changing the way miles are deposited into members’ accounts.

Miles were originally deposited automatically into your designated frequent flyer account every quarter, as soon as you earned 500 miles. Now, members can save their miles and choose when to deposit them. The miles must still be deposited in 500-mile increments, but you can save up more at a time to deposit. But keep in mind that miles not deposited expire one year from the quarter in which they were earned, so keep close watch of your account. And as always, you must respond to at least one e-Miles marketing message per month for your account to remain active.
