Not everyone who has concierge services available through their credit card is taking advantage of the service, according to a recent New York Times article. Concierge services are available with many of the co-branded credit cards members of frequent flyer programs have in their wallet. A quick call to your card issuer will find out if a concierge service is offered. Concierge services offer 24/7 telephone access to assistants whose help is only limited by what is legal, moral and ethical. The concierge service can be used to get reservations at popular restaurants, tickets to premier events, directions to that same premier event, answers to just about any question and help with travel needs. These types of concierge services used to only be available with cards with high yearly fees, but not anymore. It’s another justification for the yearly fees you incur when you opt to earn frequent flyer miles with your credit card purchases.
