Southwest Airlines recently filed a complaint against Hilton Worldwide, Inc. alleging that Hilton breached its contract with Southwest by sending marketing emails to a list of Southwest customers provided to Hilton in connection with Hilton’s partnership with Southwest Rapid Rewards.
