Members of bmi diamond club have new credit card options. The American Express Credit Card from MBNA offers 1.5 miles for every #1 spent on the card and new cardmembers will get 20,000 bonus miles when they spend #250 on their card within 90 days of opening the account. The card is annual fee free. The 20,000 miles is enough for a roundtrip flight between the U.K. and cities such as Vienna, Copenhagen, Naples or Moscow.

A second new card is also available, the bmi plus American Express Credit Card from MBNA. This card offers two miles for every #1 spent on the card and new cardmembers will get 24,000 bonus miles when they spend #250 on their card within 90 days of opening the account. The card has a #60 annual fee.

In addition, if cardmembers use the card to book flights through the bmi Web site, they will receive double miles for every #1 spent, and the credit card booking fee will be waived by bmi. Visit www.flybmi.com to apply for the cards.
