Flybe Rewards4all

Flybe Rewards4all

The U.K. low-cost carrier Flybe introduced a new frequent flyer program last month, Rewards4all. Previously, Flybe’s Passport to Freedom frequent flyer program required members to fly at an Economy Plus fare class in order to earn points in the program. Under the aptly named Rewards4all, members earn points on all eligible flights; one point for each coach one-way ticket and two points for roundtrip flights. Members flying in Economy Plus earn two points for one-way flights and four points for a roundtrip. Furthermore, passengers can earn points regardless of how they book the tickets: via flybe.com, travel agents, corporate bookers or the call center and parents traveling with their children between the ages of 2 and 18 can claim the points earned by their children.

Members can redeem points online for award flights or lounge access for a year; 16 points will get you a roundtrip coach ticket and 20 points will get you an annual pass to Flybe’s VIP airport lounges.

Current Passport to Freedom members can register for membership in Rewards4all online and print out a transfer form from the Web site to send in before Oct. 31, 2007. Membership and points will not automatically be transferred to the new program. Every 10 Passport to Freedom points will convert into two Rewards4all points.
