OK, it may not be the greatest award option to come down the tracks, but it’s darn convenient. Amtrak Guest Rewards members can now pick up their award tickets at the station.

Simply place your travel order online or call the customer service center at 1-800-307-5000. Then, 48 hours after you make your redemption, print out your tickets at any Quik-Trak machine or pick up your tickets at an Amtrak ticket window. Then again, you can still have them mailed to you.

Quik-Trak machines and Amtrak-staffed ticket windows are not available at every location, so check availability prior to placing your order.
