Thai Royal Orchid Plus members are now able to access their accounts online. By entering the members-only section of the http://www.thaiairways.com/rop site, members can enter their PIN and membership number for an instantaneous display of their account activity over the past one, three or six months.

Members will be assigned PIN numbers, which will appear in the information box at the top of the account statement. It will cease to appear with the September account statement, and members are advised to note it or change it to something easy to remember.

Thai anticipates further online enhancements in the coming months, including the launch of eNews, the program’s electronic newsletter.
