In case you haven’t seen the emails from BA, I thought it was worth posting a quick reminder that British Airways Executive Club Household Accounts will be offline between 13th-17th November.
“From the afternoon of 13 November 2021 until the morning of 17 November 2021 (GMT), you’ll be unable to log in to your Executive Club account or spend your Avios online or by contacting us. But rest assured, you will continue to collect Avios during this time.”
The restrictions are quite substantial, so take a close look at the info below to see what you won’t be able to do during the system update period:

Perhaps the most important thing to be aware of is that if you are due to be travelling between 13-17th November on a ticket booked with Avios, you will not be able to make any changes to it during that period. If you think you might need to make some changes, you need to make a final decision and confirm it with BA before the 13th.
