American AAdvantage has launched a new Web site, http://www.orderAAmiles.com, specifically catering to small businesses and other organizations interested in using AAdvantage miles as sales incentives.

Miles purchased through the site can be sent to the recipient in paper certificate form, or simply deposited in the recipient’s account

Miles sell for about 2.46 cents apiece (2.2 cents plus a 7.5 percent tax and a service fee of .1 cent per mile). The minimum purchase is 250,000 miles.
