Accor is opening three upscale MGallery Collection hotels in the U.K in Aberdeen, Cheltenham and Windsor. Also announced are Mercure branded properties in Box Hill, Bristol, Cardiff, Exeter, Oxford and Sheffield, which will undergo renovations this year. Le Club Accorhotels members can spend points for hotel stays; 2,000 points equals 40 euros. Platinum members get additional benefits at MGallery hotels including an upgrade to best room of the next category, a complimentary drink and 10 percent discount on spa services. Accor currently has 200 properties in the U.K.
