National has announced the details of its recurring One Two Free promotion, which is similar to previous promotions with the same name. Emerald Club members who rent cars at participating National locations in the U.S. between Sept. 9, 2013 and Jan. 31, 2014, can receive one free rental day for each car rental of two days or longer of a midsize or larger vehicle.
