Spirit Airlines has a new bank partner and a new World MasterCard that offers double miles–two miles–for every dollar you spend with the card. A 15,000-mile bonus is offered after your first qualifying purchase within 90 days of obtaining the card. The bonus is offered even if you are a former or current FREE SPIRIT co-branded credit card holder. There is no annual fee the first year. If you do not qualify for the World MasterCard, you may receive the Platinum Plus MasterCard that offers one mile per dollar spent and a 5,000-mile bonus after your first use of the card.

Other benefits of the World MasterCard include a bonus of 5,000 miles annually if you make at least $10,000 in net purchases with your card within a year. You will also receive preferred boarding and domestic priority check-in and access to roundtrip awards starting at 5,000 miles. To remain active, you must use your card at least once per month.
