Best Western Rewards has been quietly rolling out a new elite benefit for Platinum and Diamond elite members, who can now choose to receive either a free snack and beverage or 250 bonus Best Western Rewards points at check-in. If you are a Platinum or Diamond elite member and stay at Best Western under a qualifying rate but are not offered the bonus points or snack and drink, call customer service at (800) 237-8483 and request to have 250 bonus points added to your account. According to Marie Yarroll, Senior Communications Manager at Best Western International, “We are continuing the roll-out, and hope to have it in place at our 2,200 North American properties by the end of the year.”
