Starwood Preferred Guest recently sent out a targeted new member referral bonus offer to select Platinum and Gold members. Platinum members who received this email can refer an unlimited number of new members to the program through Feb. 28, 2010 and earn 1,000 bonus points for each referred member who enrolls and stays at a Starwood hotel between Nov. 15 and March 31, 2010. The new enrollee receives 1,000 bonus points for each night they stay at any participating Starwood property through March 31, 2010. Plus, new members will receive Gold status through February 2011.
