So if you are a top-tier member in any hotel program you will receive top-tier in Best Western Rewards–and the same goes for all membership levels. You simply request an elite match by emailing Best Western customer service at [email protected] or by calling (800) 237-8483. You must provide proof of elite program membership in another hotel program. Gold, Platinum and Diamond Elite members of Best Western Rewards receive elite bonus points (10 percent, 15 percent and 30 percent, respectively) and Platinum and Diamond members also receive free room upgrades, when available, and early check-in and late check-out privileges, when available.
