Look for JetBlue TrueBlue to expand next year. Our contact at JetBlue, David Canty, Director of Loyalty Marketing & Partnerships, informed us that the program will be “refreshed” in 2009. The revised program will include more partnerships and more “options” without becoming more complicated. About the changes, Canty said, “we will continue to try and keep the program simple but we want to ensure that we make it attractive to our very loyal following.”
TrueBlue has also recently launched an online customer panel, JetViews, and has invited 15K members to provide feedback and suggestions for the future development of the program.
