Frontier Airlines passengers who request a flight change on the same day of travel as originally booked will now be charged for the difference in cost, if any, between the original fare and the current price of the flight. Customers will receive a confirmed seat on the new flight, when available. This policy eliminates the current standby policy. EarlyReturns Summit elite-level members may request a flight change on the day of travel for a confirmed seat at no additional cost.

All customers, including Summit members, who change their original reservation prior to the day of travel will be required to pay a $150 change fee (up from $100), plus the difference between the original and current fare. These changes went into effect Aug. 15, 2008.
