Delta Air Lines is the newest airline to partner up with US Helicopter through a codeshare arrangement. Delta passengers flying to or from New York JFK can take an eight-minute US Helicopter ride to heliports located in downtown Manhattan or the Atlantic Metroport at East 34th Street. Passengers using the helicopter service will be cleared for security and complete passenger and baggage check-in at NYC Heliports. SkyMiles members will earn 500 miles for each codeshare helicopter flight. One-way US Helicopter tickets start at $159, plus security fees, and passengers flying on an international BusinessElite ticket to or from Africa, Brazil, Europe, India and Israel between now and Dec. 31, 2008 will receive a complimentary helicopter flight. US Helicopter also partners with Continental Airlines and Hilton HHonors members can redeem 80,000 points for a one-way flight.
