We don’t often mention the loyalty program of Greyhound Bus Lines, but the previously Web-based program is expanding to include all customers. Road Rewards previously only gave points to members purchasing tickets on greyhound.com; however, members can now earn points when they purchase tickets in terminals or over the phone. Road Rewards members earn one point for each one-way trip and will receive a free roundtrip ticket after earning 16 points within a 12-month period. Since its May 2006 launch, Road Rewards has enrolled more than 130,000 members.
