Looking to buy a home in Southern California? Incentive Real Estate, Inc., a Beverly Hills-based real estate brokerage, launched a program last month that offers new construction homebuyers up to 250,000 airline miles for purchasing a home in San Diego, Greater Los Angeles, Orange County or Riverside.

To qualify for the offer, be sure to register with Incentive Real Estate before visiting any properties or sales offices. If you have already registered with any of their homebuilder partners or are currently working with a real estate agent, you are not eligible for the offer. To receive the maximum 250,000 miles, homebuyers must purchase a home valued at greater than $500,000. For purchases of homes valued at less than $500,000, homebuyers will be eligible to earn 100,000 miles. Buyers can choose to earn miles in one of five frequent flyer programs: Alaska Mileage Plan, American AAdvantage, Delta SkyMiles, Northwest WorldPerks or US Airways Dividend Miles.
