As of April 1, 2007, upgrades for elite members in the LANPASS program are now electronic. LAN is replacing their printed certificates with computer upgrades that are automatically placed in elite members’ accounts. Members can request to use their upgrades when they check-in at the airport and can access their account statement at LAN.com to see how many upgrades they have and view all upgrade-eligible routes.
